The NEEWER linear PWM dimming technology offersa minimum brightness limit from 1% slightly bright (brightness and power are genuinely at 1%) to 100% ultra bright

Besides, you can separately purchase a V mount battery (16.8V) and a D Tap cable for outdoor power supply. Note: Batteries cannot be charged while being used.
