Returns & Exchanges

At NEEWER, we stand by the quality of our photography and cinematography gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your creative workflow remains uninterrupted. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NEEWER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics and accessories in their original retail box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team receives and inspects your return for functionality and completeness, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
